"Who said a one-star Servant couldn't beat a five-star one? If used properly, Spartacus's Noble Phantasm could make a pretty good trump card."

The wounded Mordred faced the frenzied Spartacus. She had managed to injure him, but every wound only made Spartacus's body grow larger.

As for why Spartacus kept targeting Mordred while completely ignoring Atalante, who had lured him here in the first place—Mordred was, to some extent, a king too. Spartacus was a rebel. Whoever held the greatest authority was the one he would confront.

"Oppressor, oh oppressor."

Spartacus swung the short sword in his hand, relentlessly attacking Mordred. At first, she could still contend with him, but as his body grew larger and larger, she could only keep retreating, deflecting the immense force carried by his blade.

Spartacus's Noble Phantasm, Roar of the Wounded Beast, did not merely enlarge his body. His strength and magical energy increased alongside his size.

"Damn it!" Mordred roared angrily as she continued to retreat.

"Saber, should we pull back first?"

Shishigou Kairi's voice sounded in Mordred's ear. The two of them getting along so well had its reasons. If it had been another Master, seeing their Servant in trouble, they would surely have thought first of retreating and preserving their strength—like Tohsaka Tokiomi in the Fourth Holy Grail War, who had treated Tohsaka Tokiomi exactly that way.

But even if Shishigou Kairi wanted to retreat, he would discuss it with Mordred first.

"No. I'll take him down." Mordred directly rejected the idea of retreating.

"Do you need support?" Shishigou Kairi asked again.

"No. It hasn't come to that yet."

Mordred rejected Shishigou Kairi's proposal once more. The support in question naturally meant using a Command Seal. If Shishigou Kairi used one now, Mordred would be able to unleash her Noble Phantasm
