Dionysus in the original work had mentioned this issue: he could use divine power to destroy the Lower World, but other gods could likewise use divine power to restore it. It would go on forever, which was why Dionysus had chosen that method to destroy the Lower World.

The hostile gods then became all friendly and harmonious, making Dionysus furious enough to cough blood.
"Dionysus, why are you here?" With Loki and Lefiya's arrival, the silence at the scene was broken. Loki's eyes narrowed involuntarily when he saw Dionysus.
"I'm investigating something. Let's talk somewhere else." Dionysus wore an expression as if he wanted to speak but hesitated. After a moment of silence, Loki immediately followed him, with Ais following close behind.
"Has Lefiya taken an interest in her? Just as expected of a yuri elf. I wonder whether she can ease her heartache."
For once, Lefiya had not focused all her attention on Ais. Filvis
