"Zickrain, why are you here? You really were working together." When Shen Fei and the others returned to the top of the Tower of Paradise, they found another Jellal there, one dressed in white. Erza naturally recognized him. He was Zickrain, a member of the Council and one of the Ten Wizard Saints.
Shen Fei had looked into Zickrain's background, curious about how he had joined the Council and become one of the Ten Wizard Saints. Jellal truly was impressive. While his real body was busy building the Tower of Paradise, his thought projection had managed to achieve all that. Ultear's background was much the same as Zickrain's. She had also graduated from a magic academy affiliated with the Council before becoming a councilor. The difference was that she had not received the title of Wizard Saint.
"Zickrain? He's nothing more than a thought projection." Just as Jellal was about to reveal his identity, Shen Fei spoke first, exposing Zickrain's true nature. Both Jellal and Zickrain glared at him before beginning to merge.
"That's right. My plan is finally about to be complete." Once they had merged, Jellal was brimming with excitement. He had lost to Erza and Natsu earlier because his thought projection had severely restricted his own strength. A thought projection was a spell similar to a Shadow Clone, but it had one feature a Shadow Clone could not match: the power allotted to it could be divided however the caster wished.
The caster could give a thought projection a tiny amount of power or eighty to ninety
