Shen Fei had no particular plans for the Herrscher of Domination Core at the moment. After all, he could already accomplish most of what the Herrscher of Domination could do. The only difference was that it could control numerous puppets, and he had no use for that ability right now. To him, the Herrschers of Binding and Corruption that came later were far more important.
Of course, that did not mean the Herrscher of Domination was weak. Its abilities were actually extremely powerful. The final collapse of the Previous Civilization owed much to the Herrscher of Domination. The nuclear weapon launched by the Herrscher of Corruption was merely the last straw that broke the camel's back.
In terms of the damage done to human civilization, the Herrscher of Domination of the Previous Civilization caused even more devastation than the other Herrschers. She made it so that people could no longer trust one another, and that had been the greatest reason for the Previous Civilization's failure. Back then, even the Thirteen Flame-Chasers had failed to trust each other.
Naturally, the Herrscher of Domination of the Current Civilization differed considerably from the one in the Previous Civilization. For instance, the previous one did not possess the ability to seize other Herrschers' powers, but the current one did. There was also the Theater of Domination, which the Herrscher of Domination in the Previous Civilization apparently had not possessed either.
So it was not that Shen Fei had no thoughts about the Herrscher of Domination Core. He simply had no immediate plans for it. He would wait until Otto, Mobius, and the others had finished researching the Herrscher Cores.
