Shen Fei paid no mind to Babata's attitude. But their effects diminished considerably for those already at the Planetary level, especially in its later stages, at the eighth or ninth level. Once someone reached the Star level, their effectiveness would decrease even further.

In this world, talent mattered, but resources mattered just as much. Luo Feng's early rise had depended entirely on Meteor Star.
