"Lumine." As Lumine walked into the Fountain of Desire, Paimon anxiously tried to pull her back, but Shen Fei stopped her. Not long after entering the fountain, Lumine fainted. Shen Fei immediately went to her side, caught her, and carried her back out.
"She was clearly quite strong, yet she fainted so easily. Sigh." Looking at the unconscious Lumine, Shen Fei felt rather speechless. Lumine was not weak; even with only two elements, she could contend with Childe Tartaglia. Yet she was especially prone to fainting. He wondered whether that was somehow particularly effective against her.
It took quite a while before Lumine woke up. Paimon immediately rushed over with a cry. She had been extremely worried ever since Lumine fainted, even though Shen Fei had said she would be fine.
"Lumine, are you okay?" Paimon asked urgently.
"Don't worry. Rather than that, I think I may have met Vignere—or perhaps it was Vignere." Lumine immediately described what had happened after she entered the Fountain of Desire. Lumine looked toward Shen Fei. Perhaps because they were too familiar with each other, they often forgot that Shen Fei had another identity: the New Heavenly Principle. Someone with that identity should know Fontaine's truth. At least, that was what Lumine's gaze seemed to say.
"I'll tell you later." Shen Fei answered Lumine's question with a look, then continued toward the Opiclin Opera House.
"My apologies, but a trial is currently underway. You may not enter freely." At the entrance to the Opiclin Opera House, a Melusine blocked their way.
"I see.
