The Treasure Hoarders of Teyvat were a very peculiar group. You could call them an organization, but anyone involved in thievery or banditry could call themselves a Treasure Hoarder. Yet if you said they were not an organization, they still had clear internal divisions.
The Treasure Hoarders had originally been a righteous band of thieves founded by the great bandit Redmiller. Their purpose had been to rob the rich and aid the poor. Legend said that Redmiller had even left behind his great treasure in Nodrekai. Compared to Roger of the pirates, he had merely lacked a public declaration.
But by now, the Treasure Hoarders had completely become a group driven by profit. Given enough profit, they would do anything, even attack the Millelith—just as people in Mondstadt occasionally set their sights on Dawn Winery.
"We'll help."
Upon hearing that the Treasure Hoarders intended to attack this place, Paimon immediately offered their help. Of course, the ones doing the actual helping would be Shen Fei and Lumine. Paimon was only responsible for cheering them on. As for Nahida, a mere group of Treasure Hoarders did not warrant her intervention.
The Millelith naturally did not refuse when they heard that Lumine, Liyue's great hero, was willing to help. In fact, they had already considered asking Lumine for assistance. The Millelith had enough strength here to deal with the Treasure Hoarders, but they wanted Lumine's help mainly to prevent possible casualties and stop any of the Treasure Hoarders from escaping.
Sure enough, with Lumine joining them, the Millelith had a far easier time dealing with the Treasure Hoarders. Not even one person was seriously injured, naturally because the Treasure Hoarders' elites had all been taken down by Lumine.
