"Is Zhiqiong alright?"
After returning to the camp and telling Jin Wu and the others what had happened, Shen Fei and the group went aside to rest. Paimon immediately brought up Zhiqiong, looking somewhat worried about her.
"That depends entirely on her. We have no way to decide her fate. But it won't be easy for her to go down into the lower reaches of The Chasm. I'll contact Zhongli and Ningguang later and tell them what happened here. The lower levels of The Chasm will probably be sealed off for now, and we'll deal with the rest later."
The crater left by the Heavenly Nails was far too deep, and the Abyssal aura over there made it clearly unsuitable for ordinary people to explore. Since The Chasm had already been reopened, sealing it again would certainly cause panic. The only option was to seal off its lower levels. Zhongli and the others could not accomplish that, but Shen Fei could.
The issue beneath The Chasm was nothing to Shen Fei, but it was not yet time to resolve the Abyss completely. For now, it could only be sealed away.
"It feels like something over there is calling to me."
After resting, just as the group prepared to return to the surface, Nahida suddenly spoke up and turned her gaze toward the western side of The Chasm.
"Calling to you? Then let's go take a look." Whatever had triggered Nahida's senses through her abilities made Lumine and Paimon curious. The group headed in the direction Nahida had sensed. After passing through two tunnels, Shen Fei, Lumine, and Paimon also began to sense it. Someone was calling out to them from ahead.
"What a huge mushroom!" After rounding a corner, Paimon could not help crying out at the enormous, glowing mushroom
