In the Pirate World, the Buster Call struck fear into the hearts of most people, because it was an attack meant to annihilate everything. Led by an Admiral, it consisted of ten warships, five Vice Admirals, and the Navy's elite forces.

The warships used to carry out a Buster Call differed greatly from ordinary Navy warships. Generally speaking, even a warship assigned to a Vice Admiral or Admiral carried only several hundred people, but a Buster Call warship carried a thousand.

Moreover, all of those warships were the Navy's toughest and most heavily armed vessels, built by the Navy's designated shipyards at Water Seven. Their quality was beyond question.
