Li Yun exposed Golden Phoenix’s scheme to use Huo Ling’er and the Phoenix Clan to reduce their karmic burden, then left with Huo Ling’er and Lan Yue. As the Four Saints’ power revealed the whereabouts of the Heaven and Earth Xuanhuang Ruler, Laozi discovered that Pan Wang possessed it.

• Li Yun confronted Golden Phoenix over her plans to use Huo Ling’er and scheme against Kong Xuan, Da Peng, and Nuwa.
• Huo Ling’er apologized to Li Yun, and she and Lan Yue left with him, abandoning their friendship with Golden Phoenix.
