Kizaru remained the same, leading his research unit. His support capabilities were too monstrous, so he was essentially tied to Headquarters. Kuzan had become an Admiral candidate and also had the title "Aokiji," which Robin had given him during a phone call. As for Dragon, he had adopted the codename "Dragon," established the Revolutionary Army, and was known as the "world's most dangerous criminal."

Then, Headquarters established five new Marine branches in the New World, G-1 to G-5. Garp was the base commander of the G-3 branch. Of course, strictly speaking, Mo Xingchen also belonged to the G-3 branch, as he was still Garp's aide-de-camp, though it was more of a nominal title now.
