When facing so-called "blasphemers," he would resort to violence at the slightest disagreement and readily martyr himself for his faith. Though he was a Legendary powerhouse, he had no understanding whatsoever of human feelings or worldly conduct... No need to look any further. Among the Legendary-tier clergy, only the deity under one great divine power possessed such rare and genuine devotion: the God of Light—the Lord of Dawn—who had long since lost all personal emotion and become nothing more than a puppet of divine office.
"Everyone knows that the followers of a certain puppet god are prolific producers of extremist righteous idiots." That was not merely a saying. Among all the Legendary members of the Pantheon faction, only that whole crowd of deranged light priests was destined to obey the rules of order and goodness so faithfully. They could never tolerate anyone violating the "supreme" divine canon. Whether that private canon, filled with rigid laws, was reasonable or not, they would spare no effort to defend its sanctity.
For example, at this very moment, just after the honest-looking warrior had finished describing a most basic and utterly commonplace plan for "perfectly avoiding famine and perfectly saving the poor," the Church of Dawn cleric standing behind Anthony immediately failed to contain his fury.
