In Punk's view, the Silent Alliance could be considered a large legendary organization. Its strength might even have rivaled that of the renowned Mage Guild.

By now, the meeting seemed about to begin. At least twenty Legendary-tier professionals stood in the square, but the entire plaza was constantly filled with a faintly glowing mist, making projections even slightly farther away difficult to see clearly. The projection Punk was using possessed no senses besides sight, so he had no way of knowing exactly how many members of the Silent Alliance were present.

Although there were quite a few projections, Punk did not spot many newcomers. Aside from himself, he had only seen one large projection with a pale yellow arrow above its head while walking around. Of course, that might simply have been because the mist concealed some projections from his view...

But at least for now, the only newcomers Punk had discovered were himself and that burly projection.

This is quite interesting. Could Kane have failed his advancement? Otherwise, it was hard to imagine that madman obediently following the River of Fate's rules and not receiving an invitation from the Silent Alliance.

While silently pondering this, Punk continued to "stroll" casually through the square. Thinking about it carefully, if Kane had truly failed his advancement long ago and perished, Punk would not have found it strange at all. Although that knight seemed to have quite a few secrets himself, Punk did not believe anyone in the entire Multiverse could raise the success rate of advancement to Legendary above ninety percent. Even Punk's own chances when he advanced to Legendary had only barely reached ninety percent. A little bad luck, and he could have died on the spot. And Kane... seemed to have always had terrible luck.
