Mimibes knew nothing of the agreement Punk and Kane had reached from hundreds of thousands of miles apart. This shrewd merchant was still trying to get something for nothing without paying any price.
Facing Punk's teasing question, the "Candy Merchant" cheerfully replied without blushing or missing a beat:
"Of course, dear friend. Based on basic logic, I can infer that you must know plenty of top-secret information about the Golden Flash Knight. Just treat it as venting your anger or doing someone a favor and tell me a little, okay? Among the six people attending this meeting, that crazy knight is the only one who hasn't leaked a single scrap of information."
After receiving the spellcaster's mental transmission, Mimibes made her request as though she had not heard the implication behind Punk's words at all. Although her act of playing dumb seemed as childish as a child acting cute, her skill at swapping concepts in her wording was masterful.
In just a few sentences, the greedy Candy Merchant had turned the proper concept of a "trade" into the simple idea of "revenge," transforming herself from a "merchant" into a "tool of revenge."
By that logic, Punk telling her information about Kane would not mean selling a commodity in a trade. Instead, it would mean using a cheap "tool" to take revenge on the mad knight.
That was why, to become a qualified black-hearted merchant, shamelessness and sophistry were indispensable skills.
But unfortunately... Mimibes was dreaming if she thought she could take advantage of Punk.
The spellcaster did not pay the slightest attention to her request. After giving the petite dark-green projection a deep look, the Legendary spellcaster merely answered in an ominous tone with unmistakable clarity:
"Do you think I am so easily used? If I wanted revenge on that
