After abolishing the Council system in the Sun Moon Empire, Gu Chen learned that Luo Chen had been out of contact for fifteen days and rushed with Gu Yuena to join Feng Xiaoyu and the others. The group reached the outskirts of Suotuo City and continued on foot to search for Luo Chen.

• Gu Yuena told Gu Chen that she had killed the Council spies who tried to open Mingdu's gates, and Gu Chen used Beginner Enslavement Talismans to control the imperial family and officials.
• Gu Chen had Xu Haoran issue a decree abolishing the Council system, and the people of Mingdu learned of it.
• Feng Xiaoyu told Gu Chen that Luo Chen had missed fifteen days of contact, so Gu Chen and Gu Yuena used a Teleportation Array to reach her and the others.
