After the Spirit of Light freed itself from the crystal, Qin Jishi looked toward the top of the pool, apparently noticing what had truly sealed it.

Qin Jishi learned that the Spirit of Light was sealed beneath the pool and offered to take it with him, but it chose to become part of his body instead. As the Spirit of Light poured itself into him, it revealed its origin and urged him to seek a drop of essence blood in the Land of First Bloom.
