On Going Premium

It was going premium, so as usual, I was writing a few words. There really wasn't much to say. Nobody liked listening to sob stories, anyway. In short, those with money could show their support with money; those without could show their support by being here. This book was still far too young—it was going premium after only its second round of recommendations, without enough time to build up. Though the numbers were decent, its performance was still a little precarious. So, I hoped that those who could would try to subscribe on Qidian.

Lastly, about updates: I was famously clumsy-handed and scatterbrained. I wrote slowly, and building up drafts was difficult. I couldn't guarantee anything else; all I could say was that after it went premium, there would be three updates and ten thousand words a day. Any more, and I was afraid it would turn into filler—or even collapse.
