The Primitive Races ran with the unconscious Lin Wei Miao on their backs, chanting what sounded like an ancient song in hopes of waking their sleeping savior. Faced with the "gods" towering over them like mountains, they knew they could not outrun them. But Lin Wei Miao represented hope. In their simple, unknowing minds, all they could do was keep that hope from going out.
Just then, one Solomon Warrior with a black tail called to his comrades. "Wait, everyone!"
They looked at him. "What?"
"Professor Kira, I think I know this mixed-blood Zi Wei girl," the Black-Tail Warrior said.
"Oh?"
"She's Adams's granddaughter!"
Kira had not expected one of his men to recognize her. "How do you know?"
"I saw her at Galaxy Academy," the Black-Tail Warrior said with certainty.
Kira nodded and muttered, "So she's the granddaughter of Adams, a high-ranking Zi Wei figure. No wonder she has an Immortal Weapon at such a young age."
He pondered for a moment, then noticed his men still had not moved. "So what? We've already captured her. What are you trying to say?"
The others glared at the Black-Tail Warrior. What was he on about? At this point, who cared who her family was?
"Nothing. I just wanted to remind you, Professor, that this specimen should carry the bloodline of the Earthling Veronica," the Black-Tail Warrior said slowly.
