The Shadow Fang Squad was extremely powerful. Not only were they skilled in close combat, they were also experts in mecha warfare and masters of spacecraft control.
There were nine of them in total, and even the weakest was Sulfur Grade 16 and a 1-Star Commander.
A 1-Star Commander meant being able to control at least ten thousand spacecraft at once. Usually, that meant wielding ten thousand weapons such as Nuclear Fusion Swords, Lightning Hammers, Blood Feather Blades, and Vacuum Cuts.
In individual combat, it was better to break through a whole with a single point, so miniature spacecraft were more useful.
In the vastness of space, the members of the Shadow Fang Squad all wore savage black armor. Above their heads floated rapidly spinning black-and-white disc-shaped spheres, each encircled by a thin ring like a blade, somewhat resembling Saturn's rings.
These disc-shaped spheres were rather large, about three meters in diameter. They were portable Antimatter energy furnaces that could charge from afar during battle, supplying energy to other weapons.
Countless flying craft, strange and varied in form, streaked through space at tremendous speed. They were incomparably sharp and could also unleash powerful energy attacks.
These Shadow Assassins each specialized in different weapons. Some pursued quantity, simultaneously controlling ten thousand identical weapons, with each one followed by ten cheap Floating Cannons that could automatically lock onto targets and fire. The moment they attacked, a mighty torrent of a hundred thousand flying objects bombarded the battlefield wildly.
Others pursued versatility. To improve precision, they controlled only ten thousand proper weapons and equipped themselves with complete sets, taking a bit of every kind of blade. In battle, the weapons would suddenly disperse and slice through the enemy, then at times arrange and reassemble into long shuttles or giant shields, releasing all manner
