Only Cypher accompanied him this time. After all, Cypher was publicly known as one of Dulan's people.
"Sir, is this what a Shacha Civilization city looks like? How did they do this...?"
Huang Ji and Cypher stood in a vast white space filled with air.
It felt as though they were high above some planet, but there was no starry sky overhead and no land or sea below. In every direction stretched an endless white wall.
A search of the online map revealed that this was actually a star system.
The entire system had been wrapped in special material, forming a sealed "shell."
That "shell," larger than the Solar System, was a metropolis!
Countless gases were distributed evenly throughout it. The Shacha People lived inside this shell-shaped balloon.
At least a hundred billion Shacha People lived in this Shell World, and the Shacha Civilization had no fewer than a hundred thousand such worlds!
Those were only the shell cities. The royal capital and the major territories were still planets, numbering in the hundreds of millions.
Huang Ji explained with a smile, "The Shacha People dismantled stars and planets, brought in vast amounts of matter, and filled the vacuum. That's how they created the Shell World."

Cypher stared in disbelief. Fill the
