The Qiyun Cultivation World lay west of the Eastern Phoenix Kingdom, separated from it by a great canyon stretching tens of thousands of miles from north to south.
Its southeastern borders were surrounded by the Falling Star Sea, while its north bordered the Northern Frontier Demon Race. Like the Floating Cloud Mountain Range, it was a small Cultivation World with a semi-independent territory.
However, the Qiyun Cultivation World covered several times more land than the Floating Cloud Mountain Range, and contained considerably more cultivators. There were more than a dozen powers with Nascent Soul Cultivators alone.

That day, beneath a sky that had originally been clear and bright, a bolt of lightning suddenly flashed. Dark clouds then gathered from all directions, followed by peals of thunder and flashes of lightning.
Inside a cave abode beneath the dark clouds, a young man in black robes sat with his eyes closed, casting a spell with all his might. A dense layer of black spiritual light covered the space above his head.
In midair outside the cave abode, three figures stared unblinkingly at the Heaven and Earth Phenomenon ahead.
"Looks like he has reached the final hurdle. This brat did not waste the True Demonic Energy in my hands—on his very first attempt at breaking through to the Nascent Soul realm, he actually made it this far."
