In the southern part of the Black Wind Sea, above a desolate island.
Several streaks of light flashed rapidly through the air, followed by violent crashes. The aftershocks of battle sent the nearby seawater rolling outward.
On the Desolate Island, several horned White Deer saw waves of seawater more than thirty feet high crashing toward them from below. Terrified, they hurriedly fled toward the mountain peak at the center of the island.
Just as the White Deer reached the vicinity of the summit, a streak of white light suddenly descended from the sky.
Before they could react, half of the mountain above the summit suddenly flipped upside down.
A heaven-and-earth overturning tremor followed. Countless trees on the island were uprooted, while rocks flew in every direction.
In the blink of an eye, the entire Desolate Island looked as though some force had flipped it over, leaving it utterly unrecognizable.
