Su Yi smiled and cupped his hands.
The Ferryman stood atop the Unmoored Boat, dressed in gray robes with broad sleeves and wearing a bamboo hat, as detached from the world as she had been when he first saw her.
Yet when she looked at Su Yi, her gaze was somewhat subtle. "It hardly counts as looking after you. If the opportunity arises, I would be willing to personally ferry you to the Land of Origin of Life."
Over these years, this was the first time the Ferryman had spoken with Su Yi face-to-face.
Su Yi took out the Dao Cutting Gourd and passed it to the Ferryman through the air before saying, "I hope so."
The Ferryman hesitated, but in the end, she could not hold back. "Be careful."
