The Countermeasure Research Institute was holding its third follow-up discussion regarding the Eighth Apocalypse Rule.
The meeting focused on the issue of the "Mind Lock."
Unlike the usual meetings, which were attended solely by members of the institute, this one included three outside participants.
They were the three Lead Lecturers from the Mind Power Development Academy: Ouyang Shanyue, Zheng Kexue, and Shi Jingyi.

Ouyang Shanyue said, "The restrictions imposed by the Mind Lock are indeed a major problem.
