After Rule Twelve was issued, a wave of wailing immediately erupted among the student body.
For as long as they could remember, they had hardly ever been without the internet. Even after entering the Apocalypse Rules Era, aside from a few Rules, they still had internet access most of the time.
Now, being forbidden from using internet-connected devices for an entire month was undoubtedly torture for them.
In one dormitory, several students finished complaining and helplessly put away their phones, smart rings, and other items.
One of them felt thirsty and picked up his cup to drink some water, only to receive a challenge failure notification after taking a single sip.
Only then did he realize that his cup was also an internet-connected smart cup!

Similar incidents occurred throughout the academy in large numbers within a short time.
