Five time spells!
Rayne somewhat understood why the Goddess of Magic was reluctant to part with the Moonlight Toad's Demon Soul. Time spells were the rarest and most difficult spells to master, bar none. The Moonlight Toad not only possessed five time spells, but all of them had reached the Ninth Circle!
Even the Goddess of Magic, who had mastered the Wish Spell, would not cast every spell through the Wish Spell, as doing so would permanently consume mana.
Rayne did not care about the Soul Power consumption, but his Wish Spell was Ninth Circle, meaning he could only safely simulate spells below the Ninth Circle.
He had to become a Level 30 Wizard to master the Tenth Circle Wish Spell.
At that point, he would be able to freely simulate Ninth Circle Spells, making words law. However, becoming a Level 30 Wizard was still a distant prospect, and Rayne had no idea how long it would take. Therefore, the Moonlight Toad's five time spells were very important to him and could greatly enhance his strength.
There was no need to say more about Time Stop and Time Jump. Both he and Reslin had mastered them.
"Time Flashback" was a buff spell that lasted for three days. As long as he cast it on himself once every three days, it could almost be regarded as a constant spell, permanently hanging over him. With a single thought, he could trigger it and instantly return to any point between one and six seconds earlier.
After the flashback, his own condition would also return to that point in time.
The spellcaster's mana and Soul Power, their location, and even the injuries on their body would immediately revert to that point in time. The effect was like Time Rewind, but limited to the caster
