Saruman was one of Rayne's strongest clones.
He had reached Level 30 several years ago, then advanced in one go to the level 34 limit. He cultivated both Arcane Arts and psychic abilities, and his study template was precisely Master Ogulvi.
A Spellcaster needed to master a Tenth Circle Spell to break through to Level 30. Saruman had chosen "Supernova Burst." After successfully breaking through, he chose "True Illusion Shatter" as his Tenth Circle psychic spell, just like Kailstone, Duke Redstone.
However, being able to master a Tenth Circle Spell did not mean one could cast it at will.
Casting a Tenth Circle Spell was too difficult, consuming both time and energy.
Saruman had devoted all his time and energy over the years to researching "Supernova Burst," practically neglecting "True Illusion Shatter." Even with the Multi-core Chip assisting his analysis, allowing him to progress countless times faster than other Spellcasters, casting Supernova Burst once still took about a minute!
This casting speed was comparable to that of the Nether Floating City, enough to make him proud.
But it was still difficult to apply in combat.
Ever since Saruman first teleported Usok before Berg'yan, Strange had taken over that task, allowing Saruman to focus on casting Supernova Burst.
By now, the casting was more than halfway complete. Twenty-some seconds remained.
Supernova Burst's characteristic was destruction—a devastating, extremely violent, large-scale explosion. It was the most terrifying Arcane Arts spell in terms of destructive power. Furthermore, while it was being cast, it could seal the space around the target's location, preventing the use of Teleportation Spell and Planar Traversal.
Spatial Lock could not obstruct Fire Leap, but Supernova Burst could!
Saruman locked onto Berg'yan in the enormous crater on the ground.
A Spell Torrent composed of lightning, frost, and psychic power bombarded Berg'yan
