Attacking the Floating City

Dozens of Saint Tier and Legendary powerhouses rose and set off for the Teleportation Hall.

The basement of the Highland Fortress had been expanded several times over. An even tighter Protective Array had been set up there. Rayne led the way inside, and the Rayne's Heavenly Soldiers guarding the place had already activated the Portal. Everyone quickly stepped through and was instantly teleported to the other side.

The moment they emerged from the Portal, they felt a bone-chilling cold.

It was a naturally formed ice cavern in a canyon on the Dragon Bone Wilderness, more than a hundred miles from Naxxramas Floating City.

The weather outside was freezing, and the cold wind blew in through the cavern entrance, making a wailing sound.

Ten days ago, when Rayne had finalized the attack plan, the three Rayne's Heavenly Soldiers who had been monitoring the Floating City for nearly half a year had also taken action. They left the canyon where they had been hiding and found this ice cavern outside the Floating City's detection range, then set up a Teleportation Array.

At that moment, the ice cavern was already packed with people.

Before the final battle meeting, the Transcendents below the Legendary Tier had been teleported to the ice cavern in advance. There were thirty elite Wizards from the Wizerland Wizard Order; the core members of the Saint Gun Knights, all at least captain-level; Drow Warriors and mages; Dwarf Warriors and Priests from the Three Hammers Legion; as well as the Blood Elf Spellbreaker Guard and Blade of Dawn.

None of the teams was very large, numbering between thirty and fifty people.

After Rayne and the others arrived, they cleared some space. The first and second companies of Extreme Warriors and one hundred Rayne's Heavenly Soldiers emerged from the Portal in a
