The Vampire Prince's territory was vast, many times larger than the duchies they had destroyed before. From far away, they could see a dark red castle, its outer walls seemingly dyed in blood, surrounded by a wide moat whose water was also bright red, resembling a Blood Pool.

That was the "Blood Fortress."

The lair that the Vampire Prince "Rusvant" had spent hundreds of years cultivating.

There were sprawling buildings around the Blood Castle, grim houses with pointed roofs stretching endlessly through the twisted forest. It looked like a small city, but unlike mortal cities, it had no crisscrossing streets. Vampires flew and darted through the shadows between the buildings.

The Star Destroyer entered the prince's territory. As usual, the noise in the sky drew the attention of many vampires, who looked up one after another.

However, the Blood Fortress was still outside the main cannon's range.

Rayne had the Star Destroyer maintain its Invisibility Field and increase its speed, racing toward the castle while silently calculating when the target would enter firing range.

Some vampires flew into the sky to scout, but they did not even have time to get close.

"Intercept it!"

"Don't let it get near the Blood Fortress!"

Some vampire nobles sensed the danger and shouted at the top of their lungs. They did not hesitate to damage their bodies by activating Blood Escape to pursue the Star Destroyer. They finally caught up from behind, only to be burned to ash instantly by the engine's exhaust flames.

Other vampires tried to intercept it from the front. The Star Destroyer smashed them to pieces, their flesh splattering across the Deflection Force Field before being scattered by the gale in the blink of an eye.

These actions caused part of the Star Destroyer's outline to become faintly visible.
