Background
Emilith is the last Dragonkin of Kongator’s Zhuogengbao Family. Her father, King Siria, was overthrown, and she fled Kongator at the age of five; despite holding the title Princess of Dragon Crystal Island, she had never ruled the island before her restoration campaign. 359
Living in exile, Emilith built the Dragonstone Mercenary Group as both a military force and a cover for her surviving followers. Osiria identifies its members as Kongatorians rather than ordinary mercenaries, and recognizes Emilith as a Dragonkin Apostle with ambitions to reclaim Kongator’s throne. 181
She accepts Rayne’s employment contract for the Dragonstone Mercenary Group without hesitation. The group is hired to protect and secure Glamorgan Territory in exchange for one-tenth of its tax revenue, providing Emilith with funds, a safe base, and access to Rayne’s influence. 177 358
When Rayne prepares to end the contract after training the Gunwing Knights, Emilith discloses the Politoxi Mine in Kongator: a vast mithril mine accompanied by Heavy Silver Ore and Source Crystal ore. She offers the mine as compensation for assistance in reclaiming her family’s territory. 358 359
Emilith later reveals her full identity to Rayne and negotiates Wezelan’s involvement in her restoration plan. She offers ranked payments to Wezelan’s wizards and up to thirty million Gold Shields to the Floating City if it helps her take the throne. 359 360
Appearance
Emilith is petite but curvaceous, with silver-gold hair, vivid purple eyes, and a striking contrast between a delicate, pure-looking face and an openly alluring presence. 358 359
- Her ordinary appearance can shift into a partial dragon form, with scales covering her body below the neck, golden vertical pupils, claw-like nails, and small red dragon horns. 190
- Her Dragonkin transformation radiates Dragon Might strong enough to intimidate onlookers and compel recognition of her heritage. 177 443
- As queen, she wears formal royal attire and a dragon-shaped crown, adopting a visibly regal bearing despite her small stature. 490 492
Personality
Emilith is ambitious, patient, and intensely committed to restoring the Zhuogengbao Family. Her plans span military mobilization, foreign alliances, financial negotiations, control of strategic mines, and the gradual reshaping of Kongator’s religious allegiance. 359 360 472
She is politically perceptive and pragmatic. Emilith recognizes when allies such as Naqi are exploiting her but accepts unfavorable terms when the Centaur army remains strategically necessary. She also uses status, wealth, military resources, and personal trust as tools to advance her cause. 373 471
As a ruler, Emilith can be severe and uncompromising toward those involved in the usurpation of her family. She executes Viscount Philton despite his surrender and later imposes executions, reparations, and territorial penalties upon the defeated factions of Kongator. 470 490
Her determination is accompanied by insecurity. Before the invasion, she fears that Kongator’s people may reject her because of her father’s legacy; she also becomes visibly anxious before the campaign to retake Dragon Crystal Island. 362 441
Abilities & Skills
Dragonkin Apostle Physiology
Unlike Dragon Vein Sorcerers, Emilith’s spellcasting originates from her Dragonkin bloodline rather than fused Magic Souls. Dragonkin Apostles are also suited to close combat and can more readily form contracts with True Dragons. 181
- Possesses a Legendary-tier Dragonkin Apostle foundation. 177 181
- Can partially transform, gaining scales, claws, horns, altered eyes, and Dragon Might. 190
- Her bloodline-based magic and physical abilities grow through Dragon’s Oaths. 368 369
Fire Magic
Emilith is a rapid, powerful fire spellcaster who uses elevated positions and repeated bombardment to pressure enemy mages. 190
- Casts Fireball with near-instant speed using her Dragon Claw Scepter. 190
- Casts the fifth-ring Flame Explosion and coordinates it with Rayne’s ranged attacks to break enemy defenses. 187 190
- Can use Flash Flame to reposition in a burst of fire. 190
- Reached the point of attempting seventh-circle fire spells after becoming Legendary Intermediate Tier, though she was not yet fully proficient. 385
- Can cast Dragon Strength Technique; she uses a fifth-tier version to strengthen Rayne during battle. 188
Dragon Might and Dragon Roar
Emilith’s Dragon Might creates a powerful aura of deterrence, while her Dragon Roar can interfere with aerial opponents. 177 190
- Uses Dragon Might to intimidate civilians and establish authority on Dragon Crystal Island. 443
- Her Dragon Roar can discourage enemies from taking flight in front of her. 190
- Dragon Roar requires accurate timing; the Storm Priestess avoids it after escaping into the air. 190
Dragon’s Oath
By using the Dragon’s Call, Emilith can invoke Bahamut’s Dragon’s Oath with eligible good dragons. A defeated dragon bound by the oath must serve the Zhuogengbao Family for at least three hundred years. 366 367
- Formed oaths with the Frost Sea Dragon Xindala, Red Bronze Dragon Galadros, and Black Dragon Igon. 368 369 388
- Each completed oath grants divine power to both Emilith and the contracted dragon. 368
- The Dragon’s Call can only be used by Dragonkin and can summon good, Bahamut-worshipping dragons of at least young-adult age and Legendary strength. 366
- Her later conversion away from Bahamut’s faith conflicts with the original religious basis of these arrangements, reducing her contact with the contracted dragons. 513
Political and Military Leadership
Emilith personally directs the restoration of Kongator through alliances, troop deployments, strategic targets, and political concessions. 359 456 476
- Mobilized the Dragonstone Mercenary Group, up to five thousand Zhuoken Tribe Centaur warriors, Scale-Warden Blood Guards, and Wezelan support. 359 456
- Secured the allegiance of the Fisher and Morse families during the campaign. 451 455
- Retook Dragon Crystal Island before advancing against the Lauberdier regime and the royal capital. 443 474
- Uses formal authority and calculated clemency to turn defeated nobles into vassals when doing so benefits her rule. 451 475
