"What are the chances your barrier can hold them?" Deva Path turned back and asked Tsukikyuu Shang Mei. Even he had never seen this barrier before; it was presumably the girl's ultimate technique.

"If it were only Jiraiya, it could hold him for a month. But my Master is inside too, so conservatively speaking, six hours." Tsukikyuu Shang Mei stared solemnly at Ming Jing within the barrier.

"Is that so? Let us in." Deva Path fell silent for a moment before continuing.

"Fine, but remember this: if you take a wrong turn, you'll be trapped inside as well." Tsukikyuu Shang Mei explained slowly. A moment later, Deva Path and Deva Path stepped into the barrier together.

"Ming Jing, they're coming in. You need to hurry." Jiraiya noticed Pain's movements and spoke up to remind him.

"Deva Path and Deva Path have entered. Together with Animal Path, whom we took out earlier, and Human Path, who's also trapped in the barrier, that leaves Asura Path and Hell Path outside." Ming Jing looked up and analyzed the situation gravely.

"What are you planning to do?" Jiraiya asked curiously upon seeing Ming Jing's expression.

"Escape, of course! Are you ready?" Ming Jing smiled faintly as he looked at Jiraiya. His dazzling smile was noticed by Human Path as well, but there was nothing he could do.

"I haven't—" Before Jiraiya could finish, Ming Jing brought his hands together. "Mirror Flower Technique: Release!"

As Ming Jing's words fell, Jiraiya's vision went black, followed by a wave of dizziness. When he came back to his senses, he found himself outside the barrier.

"Th-this?" Jiraiya blinked, unable to believe it. Such a terrifying barrier, and they had gotten out so easily?
