The battlefield was fraught with danger. While Ming Jing and the others were locked in a battle of wits and strength with Obito, Kisaragi Saemon stepped down from his carriage. Looking at the pavilion before him, he asked, "Are the four daimyo all here, Director Hyuga?"
"Yes." Hizashi Hyuga nodded. "The rest is up to you. The Prime Minister trusts you so greatly. Don't let us down."
"He who enjoys his lord's salary must bear his lord's burdens." Kisaragi Saemon smiled confidently. "Since the Prime Minister has chosen to trust me, I will naturally give this task my all. Don't forget, my mission completion rate is one hundred percent!"
"That would be best. As for your safety, we'll handle it." Zuo Yang Kurama strolled over and spoke unhurriedly. Qing Yan and Masamune Yagyu stood beside him. All three directors of the Police Department were present.
Kisaragi Saemon smiled and stepped into the pavilion. After passing through layers of security checks, he finally met his targets: the daimyo of the Land of Lightning, Land of Earth, Land of Water, and Land of Wind.
The four daimyo sat around a table with cards in their hands, looking as though they were merely passing the time out of boredom.
Upon entering, Kisaragi Saemon bent down, dropped to one knee, and bowed. "This humble official, Kisaragi Saemon, pays his respects to the four daimyo."
"Hmm... Kisaragi Saemon? That name sounds familiar!" The Daimyo of the Land of Wind turned to look at Kisaragi Saemon, who was kneeling on the floor, and spoke in confusion.
"This humble official once served as an envoy from the Land of Rivers to the Land of Wind and was fortunate enough to meet you once." Kisaragi Saemon replied with a smile.
"So today, you represent the Land of Rivers?"
