After emerging from Heavenly Domain, Ming Jing floated straight into the sky. He looked at the moon overhead and waved one hand. A shower of fluorescent light flew from his sleeve, spreading rapidly through the air. In the blink of an eye, it filled the sky like a galaxy.
"Release!" Ming Jing shouted softly. The fluorescent lights fell with it, scattering across the earth.
"This is..." Naruto reached out and caught some of the lights, only to find that they resembled snowflakes. They melted as soon as they landed in his palm.
"Can you feel it, Naruto?" Sasuke asked gravely as he stared at the sky.
"Yeah!" Naruto nodded and said in surprise, "The feeling of fatigue has lessened. Is it because Chakra has become more active?"
"What exactly are these fluorescent lights?" Sasuke looked down at the light resting in his palm, deeply puzzled.
"What's bad about Chakra becoming more active?" Sakura suddenly asked as she looked at the two of them.
"It's not exactly bad, it's just..." Naruto scratched his head, unable to explain it for a moment.
"When Chakra becomes more active, it means the destructive power of ninjutsu increases, and taijutsu training can achieve twice the result with half the effort." Seeing Naruto's troubled expression, Sasuke explained.
"Isn't that a good thing?" Sakura thought it over and felt that it did not seem bad.
"You can't put it that way." Kakashi said with a grave expression, "The Second Hokage once studied this. Chakra can neither be created from nothing nor disappear into nothing. It can only transform from one form into another, or transfer from one object to another, while the total amount of Chakra remains unchanged. Now that Chakra has become active, is it because the total amount has increased, or for some other reason?
