It had been attacked during the riots sparked by the Indjori before, but that attack had involved many factors, and in the end, it had actually been Master Yoda's scheme to lure the enemy in.
But now, after the war had broken out, every Jedi Knight was on high alert. With so many Jedi possessing precognitive abilities, who could possibly have been capable of attacking the Jedi Temple?

They began investigating the engineer, Jackar Bowmani. Among those participating were frontline Jedi Knights who had just returned from the front lines and were currently resting.
Ahsoka Tano, Anakin Skywalker, and the others who had just finished the Onderon system campaign also joined the investigation team.
The investigators turned their attention to Jackar Bowmani's wife, Letta Turmond. Yet not long after they successfully captured Turmond, she was murdered in a temporary cell within the Jedi Temple.
And the person who killed her was actually Ahsoka Tano!
Thus, every clue pointed toward Ahsoka Tano! Barriss Offee, the apprentice of Jedi Master Luminara Unduli and also Ahsoka Tano's friend, stepped forward at this time to put justice before personal ties, providing crucial intelligence for the charges against Ahsoka Tano.
Ahsoka was therefore arrested by the Jedi
