The ship entered the Infinity through the hangar entrance, revealing an enormous Hangar Platform. Above the broad platform stood hundreds of movable gantry cranes. They were empty for now, but in the future, each gantry would hold a fighter.
This was a modern Hangar Platform equipped with a complete set of fighter maintenance and resupply functions. It even had a fighter production line, capable of disassembling and reassembling damaged fighters into brand-new ones. When far from rear bases, it could also manufacture fighters directly from locally sourced materials.
There were two such Hangar Platforms, located on either side of the ship's rear.
