A religion that could truly stir people's hearts could never be summed up as something as simple as brainwashing. Religion encompassed an extremely broad range of things, from rules for daily life to pursuits of spiritual fulfillment, all with their own particular requirements.
After understanding this, Helmut Zemo reported to Tang Xiao, who specially approved a large amount of funding to assemble a team of over a hundred people dedicated to studying Advent's doctrines and finding ways to transform them into the doctrines of the Duchy of Dawn.
At the same time, they began subjecting Anita to extremely strict training and refinement.
