Admiral Qiyala said, "Why did you think of the Killiks? They are a far cry from their former glory. The Killiks now are nothing more than savage, backward, bloodthirsty insects. They consist of dozens of colonies that are constantly at war with one another. To outsiders like us, they are all Killiks, but to themselves, different colonies are different races, enemies that must be exterminated at all costs."
Tang Xiao nodded. "That's right, I understand. But just as we did in Chiss territory, we don't need that many colonies. A select few will be enough... And don't forget, they are a swarm. The reason they fight each other is to compete for food, even treating one another as food. As long as they have enough food, their numbers will grow rapidly in a short time."
Kace-Maxwell said, "Ah, I know of races like that. For civilizations like our Duchy of Dawn or Chiss territory, a civil war would be devastating, enough to cripple us beyond recovery. But for insectoid races, after a civil war and the survival of the fittest, they only become stronger."
"So all we need is to support one or two colonies and provide them with enough food. The bodies of the tens of millions who died in places like Crustai during the campaign against the Grysk Hegemony would make the best food." Tang Xiao's expression was grim and savage.
The Protoss, however, were somewhat displeased. High Templar Rassidan in particular sent his agitation and unease to Tang Xiao through psionic communication with barely any attempt to conceal it.
But they had only just declared their willingness to fully support Tang Xiao in destroying the Grysk Hegemony, so it was difficult for them to object now.
