The enormous bulk of the Executor-class Star Destroyer was highly conspicuous even on a battlefield in space. The sight of 5,000 heavy turbolasers firing in unison was equally spectacular, dense crimson beams flashing incessantly and pouring forth like rain.
Opposite the Executor, the Xuanwu Titan warship was like a lone boat tossed amid a raging storm, teetering on the verge of collapse before the Executor.
It was not merely because the 9,400-meter-long Xuanwu Titan warship looked almost childish beside the Executor's monstrous 19,000-meter hull, but also because of the gap in their firepower!
Countless explosions erupted across the warship's hull. Even with its thick main armor belt, electrothermal applique armor, and Rampage Defense mode activated—allowing innumerable Nanobots to visibly repair damaged armor—the Xuanwu Titan warship still suffered severe damage under the Executor-class vessel's frenzied assault.
A dark red glow once again shone from within the fortress-wall-like hulls on both sides of the Xuanwu warship. As its high-output reactors supplied enormous amounts of energy, a pale green radiance once again spread across every Kingdom of Dawn warship within a radius of tens of thousands of kilometers, including the Xuanwu itself.
Fleet Shield!
But the Executor-class Super Star Destroyer did not care in the slightest. Fleet Shield or Rampage Defense, it made no difference. It simply unleashed all its firepower. One word—destroy!
The pale green glow covering the Xuanwu Titan warship dissipated at a rapid rate. Every scarlet turbolaser bolt fired from the Executor-class Super Star Destroyer neutralized a portion of the Fleet Shield's energy upon impact.
And even a Fleet Shield could not withstand the concentrated bombardment of 5,000 turbolasers!
