Dak Planet, capital, Coral City.
It was one of the most beautiful cities in the entire Milky Way Galaxy. The city consisted of both surface and underwater sections, immense in scale, with all its buildings blending seamlessly together in a display of beauty.
True to its name, Coral City had been built amid an incomparably vast coral reef. The underwater part of the city in particular was surrounded by countless brilliantly colored reefs, making the entire city shine with every kind of captivating hue.
Countless Mon Calamari swam freely through it, enjoying the splendor that this paradise-like city brought them.
On the other hand, Coral City also bore responsibility for the planet's orbital defense.
Together with Dak Planet's other two massive surface cities—Foamwander City and Reef Home City—Coral City formed an exceptionally powerful orbital defense network.
Thanks to the inexhaustible energy resources of an ocean planet, the three massive surface cities could continuously extract fusion fuel from seawater, then convert it through enormous reactors into immensely powerful energy for striking targets beyond the planet's atmosphere.
Dak Planet's three Planetary Shield Generators had also been built within these three cities.
Therefore, although Dak Planet, as an ocean planet, would suffer far greater losses than an ordinary rocky planet if subjected to Orbital Bombardment, any attacker would first have to face these three enormous cities with nearly limitless energy reserves, along with the layered defenses of countless orbital stations around the planet, before they could bombard the surface.
Combined with Dak Planet's advanced industrial system and the sizable fleet it had built, the planet was a hard bone to chew.
Thus, no matter the time, an invasion of Dak Planet had to begin from within. For example, during the Clone Wars, Count Dooku had first turned the Quarren against the Mon Calamari
