When The Eye of Palpatine opened its hangar platforms and an overwhelming swarm of ships—along with outdated vessels from eras unknown—flew out, nearly every officer and soldier in the Kingdom of Dawn fleet froze for a moment.
What the hell were those things?
There were all kinds of ships: cargo vessels, warships, even mining ships, coal dredgers, and barges with no maneuverability at all, used solely to tow interstellar facilities.
There were also all kinds of fighters, transport aircraft, firefighting planes, reconnaissance planes, cranes, pile drivers, excavators—every kind of random junk imaginable.
There were more than ten thousand of these aircraft and ships!
At that moment, The Eye of Palpatine resembled a garbage dump, vomiting all sorts of trash into space. The moment those ships left the hangar platforms, they fired madly at the Kingdom of Dawn warships. They used almost anything capable of shooting: laser guns, electromagnetic cannons, even propellant-driven gunpowder weapons!
The most ridiculous part was that some ships were actually firing Mass Drivers! Calling them Mass Drivers was the flattering way to put it; bluntly speaking, they were garbage launchers... Looking closer, those ships were either cleaning vessels or garbage transports, fitted with special devices for spraying trash from near-Earth orbit into garbage dumps.
For a time, the appearance of these ships threw the entire battlefield into utter chaos—and made it almost comical.
Could anyone imagine a group of garbage transports chasing after a Divinity-class battleship? As they pursued it, the garbage ships sprayed all kinds of rubbish at the Divinity-class battleship, coating its outer armor in every color imaginable, with sticky filth smeared all over it. There were even plenty of highly decomposed rodent carcasses stuck to the armor!
The Divinity-class battleship fled in panic. Its crew cursed furiously and swore they would capture a few
