Sith Meeting

Darth Malthael moved swiftly through the City of Kasyyak. Everywhere he looked, massive numbers of droids were advancing. They brushed past Malthael and rushed toward the front lines, where explosions rang out without pause.

Fewer and fewer Vulture droid fighters were able to take off and engage the enemy. From Darth Malthael's direction, he could see several powerful presences of the Light Side Force soaring through the sky. Master Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and several other Jedi Masters.

Unlike the Sith, they had no reservations about displaying their power. Against lifeless droids, they unleashed the Force's terrifying destructive power without restraint.

With two massive explosions, the fighter hangars on the northern and southern sides of the City of Kasyyak were destroyed. Air superiority had fallen completely into the hands of the Jedi Knights.

Then, the sky was suddenly illuminated by a purple radiance rising from below. Before long, the air above nearly the entire city had turned purple!

Darth Malthael's heart stirred. It seemed Count Dooku had finally reassembled the Dark Reaper and was about to activate it.

At present, the Dark Reaper had absorbed the Force power of only around a hundred thousand people. That was not enough to threaten the planet, but it would still be enough to bring down several Republic warships in orbit.

And even more threatening was the Force Harvester!

Sure enough, Darth Malthael immediately felt his own Force beginning to leak away bit by bit as the purple light spread. He frowned and used the Force knowledge Lucien Draay had given him, immediately isolating himself from that power.

He could do that, but the soldiers outside could not.

Every soldier attacking the City of Kasyyak began to emit a faint purple glow. They immediately felt their physical strength gradually draining away.
