Compared with Confederacy of Independent Systems, who was defeated in three years in the original plot, the reason why it has been able to support it for seven years in this world line is because of the support of Hutt Space. The several control areas of Confederacy of Independent Systems are related to each other.
After all, in the original plot, Hutt Space turned to Galactic Republic, and Galactic Republic established Thirteenth Army in the direction of Hutt Space, blocking Confederacy of Independent Systems's retreat. This is also an important reason why Confederacy of Independent Systems was divided into three mutually inaccessible areas in the later stages of the war.
Although this process is very messy, to sum up, it is basically a struggle between Desilijic kajidic, who is supported by Galactic Republic, and Besadi kajidic, who is supported by Confederacy of Independent Systems.
