"So-called Qi Refinement, Foundation Establishment, Core Formation, and Shattering Core to Form Nascent Soul did not mean there was some physical object.

Qi Refinement meant cultivating inner breath. Halting deluded thoughts was holding the breath, also called stilling the breath and concentrating the spirit.

Foundation Establishment was like constructing a building—laying a solid foundation.

Condensing an inner elixir—the ancient meaning of this 'elixir' was the heart. The inner elixir was the inner true heart, also called the dharma body of one's original essence, the Primordial Spirit. It was, in truth, that original, innate true heart, unmoving like suchness.

Shattering Core to Form Nascent Soul was called the Nascent Soul. It meant that when one could condense awareness beneath the true heart, that self which was like an observer would always be present.

In this state, the true heart's originally pure appearance was as clean and pure as an infant.

Stay far from low frequencies and low cognition. Master had explained what that meant before. You must pay attention to this. If you were not careful, you would become like that too, only you would not know it yourself.

The reason was this: when you reasoned and discussed logic with people of low cognition, you thought you could make them understand. You broke the principles apart, kneaded them to pieces, and explained them with perfect clarity. Yet though they seemed to understand in the end, they had not understood. Why?

Very simple. When you spoke of principles and logic, what they heard was emotion. Your spiritual frequencies were fundamentally not on the same band.

You told them the
