Julian had also been resting aboard the Flame Dragon when, before long, the Squad Leader guarding the ship came to report, "Captain, someone outside wants to see you." Julian said, "I'll be right there," then left his room and saw the panting Tesoro.
Tesoro said, "Lord Flame Emperor, I've found several connected villas. There's a dock nearby where we can moor the ship, and I've also located Rip-off Bar." Julian smiled and said to him, "Take me to Rip-off Bar first. We'll move the ship over tonight." Tesoro said excitedly, "Understood, Lord Flame Emperor."
Julian said, "Tesoro, lead the way." Tesoro immediately walked ahead, with Julian following behind him. Wearing a grateful expression, Tesoro said, "Lord Flame Emperor, you may not know this, but I grew up in the Sabaody Archipelago. I'm very familiar with every island here." Julian smiled. "Tesoro, you're the smartest person I've ever met. You'll definitely become a master strategist someday." Tesoro said excitedly, "Thank you, Lord Flame Emperor."
Julian followed Tesoro toward Island 11 of the Sabaody Archipelago. Island 11 was not far from the dock on Island 1, where Julian was staying. By boat, it only took a little over ten minutes. Julian followed Tesoro through bustling streets and then up a small hill to a rather secluded spot.
Sure enough, they found Rip-off Bar, with clattering sounds coming from inside. Julian quipped, "The price of a bottle of beer here could cost you both kidneys. It really lives up to the name Rip-off Bar."
Julian said to Tesoro, "Let's go in." Tesoro looked nervous as he said, "Lord Flame Emperor, you have to be careful. This bar charges outrageous prices. Even a plate of egg fried rice costs more than five hundred thousand Berries. If you don't pay, they'll beat you up. And
