The World Government discovered that Ohara's scholars were researching the history of the Void Century and directly declared to Marine Headquarters that the scientists on Ohara Island had been probing into the Ancient Weapon Pluto, immediately initiating a Buster Call.
Marine Headquarters received the World Government's orders and prepared to launch the Buster Call. Ten Marine warships headed straight for Ohara Island in the West Blue, ready to wipe out all the residents of Ohara Island, including every historian and scientist. The leaders were the fair-skinned, heavily bearded Vice Admiral Akainu Sakazuki and Vice Admiral Aokiji Kuzan, along with ten Major Generals.
After Julian learned that the Marines had mobilized, he immediately contacted Sky Island and had Fujitora lead Giant warriors and Fish-Man race warriors to aid Ohara Island. Meanwhile, "Underworld King" Herbert was on the Grand Line wiping out every assassin organization and Slave Trader organization. Over the past two months, there were no longer any assassin or slave organizations in the first half or central regions of the Grand Line. The Flame Dragon Kingdom's retaliation also made the King of Assassins and the Slave Trader King of the New World realize just how terrifying the Flame Dragon Kingdom was. For a time, they began relocating in large numbers, fleeing the Grand Line and moving to the New World.
