What surprised Julian was that the global sea level had risen another half meter. Many islands were alarmed by the sudden rise in seawater, and the amount of land had decreased once more. Water 7's annual great flood had also arrived early, subjecting the city to a devastating deluge and causing severe economic losses for the civilians of Water Seven.
The Flame Dragon Kingdom was at a particularly high elevation, so it was unaffected. Still, the news made Julian's heart tighten. The waterfall in Wano Country's inland sea alone shouldn't have caused this. There must be something wrong with this world.
When the Flame Dragon Ark arrived at Branch G1, a large group of Marines and World Government CP0 members were already waiting at the docks to welcome Julian. Julian and Herbert both wore serious expressions as they looked at the CP0 Organization and Marines gathered there.
