The way Julian planned to break the deadlock was to wait for the Flame Dragon Ark to take away all these deadweights. Then he could fight without restraint. The Gorosei had a backup plan as well: they had sent CP0 members to capture Gion and Tenoch from Marine Headquarters, intending to use them to threaten Julian.
Since both sides had contingencies in place, neither rushed to attack. Instead, they began hurling insults at each other. Julian took on the crowd alone, repeatedly pointing at Saint Saturn's nose and cursing, "You old bastard! You're over eight hundred years old, and you're still pimping yourself out! You won't even spare three-year-old girls! I'll wipe out your entire Jagarcia Family! I won't even spare your three-year-old daughter!"

An eight-hundred-year-old idiot bird, copying others and pimping yourself out? You don't deserve to be human! And yet so many bootlickers worship you, calling you 'Lord Gorosei' at every turn.
