Reforming the Enhanced Division Again

Julian waited for the crew members to seize the ships. They were all merchant ships, which could carry a lot of goods and didn't need weapons or cannons. They were filled with cargo.

All the officers of the Flame Dragon Pirates gathered around a large round table. The officers sat respectfully in their chairs, waiting for Captain Julian to speak.

Herbert sat next to Julian, waiting for Julian to begin. Julian scanned all the Division Captains and slowly said, "We have a lot of crew members now. We need to strengthen the other divisions and re-establish two new divisions."

He is very diligent and eager to learn. I am prepared to make you the Eighth Division Captain."
