On-shelf Testimonial

I was suddenly notified that the book would go on the shelf tomorrow.

Sigh, every time I wrote an On-shelf Testimonial, I felt a whole mix of emotions.

After all, when writing alone, no matter how good the early results were, there was no getting past this hurdle.

This was an elevator full of uncertainty. It might carry you soaring upward, or it might take you off to drink Meng Po's Soup.

A true touchstone!

So many authors had fallen at this step.

Honestly, I wasn't a newcomer anymore, but I still felt nervous.

The importance of First Subscription spoke for itself.

I knew many readers were still students.

But I still hoped those of you reading would pull a reverse move—turn on subscriptions and make it disappear, dodge and weave, then get to work.

This concerned whether the book would enter a virtuous cycle of recommendations or a vicious cycle of declining from a high point.

After it went on the shelf, there would be a guaranteed minimum of five chapters a day.

As for how many extra chapters there would be when it went on the shelf tomorrow, that was still uncertain, but it would definitely start at ten chapters.
