Meanwhile, Might Guy opened the Seventh Gate and broke through Matsutani Shinya’s combination Sage Jutsu, but an ally suddenly struck him off course.

• Ikura learned that Iwa had suffered around five hundred casualties while killing or capturing more than three thousand two hundred Cloud ninja, then began withdrawing with Saka toward Iwagakure.

Matsutani Shinya and Might Guy’s battle ended with both men incapacitated, while the armies on the three battlefields withdrew and the war in the Land of Water came to a halt. With Kirigakure’s forces away, Obito Uchiha invaded the village, abducted children from its Bloodline Limit families, and slaughtered the others.

• Little Flower rescued the wounded Matsutani Shinya and carried him away as Konoha ninja found Might Guy and took him back for treatment.
• Kakashi Hatake and Ryosuke called for withdrawals, and the armies at all three battlefields ended the fighting.
